My AstroPhotography Hobby
I've been interested in Astronomy for many years, and have been taking photos for even longer. I recently realized the possibility of combining these areas of interest in the hobby of Astrophotography!
Since then I've been reading and studying as much as possible - and I started taking wide-field photos of the sky and constellations in order to practice the imaging and processing techniques.
I finally purchased a telescope (the Orion 80mm ED Refractor) and an Equatorial Mount (to track the sky as the earth rotates). I began taking some deep sky photos (galaxies, star clusters, & nebulae) and, of course, the moon.
